Dr. Kelly Horner, C. Psych., is a Founding Partner of EBT3. Dr. Horner received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Albany, State University of New York.  She works with older adolescents (age 16 and up), college age populations, adults, and couples.  She has been trained in several evidenced-based treatments such as:  cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive processing therapy, Gottman couple therapy, and brief motivational interviewing.  She has given numerous trainings in the areas of alcohol dependence, sexual abuse, dating violence, and healthy relationships.  At EBT3 Dr. Horner provides assessment and treatment focused on mood, anxiety, trauma, alcohol-related disorders, and relationship distress. She has worked extensively with young adults transitioning to university. Dr. Horner also provides clinical supervision to psychologists, psychology interns and psychology students.  Dr. Horner is an Adjunct Professor at Ryerson University, a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), and the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT).
