Dr. Natalie Michel, C.Psych. (Supervised Practice), completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at York University. She offers treatment to adults and couples experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders, stress, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and emotion dysregulation. In addition to her position at EBT3, Dr. Michel holds a postdoctoral fellowship in the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where she previously completed her predoctoral internship. She has expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and has provided supervision to students at the graduate level in these areas. Dr. Michel has authored a number of scientific articles and has presented at national and international conferences. Her research, which focuses on ethno-racial differences in the expression of stigma towards individuals with mental health difficulties, regularly informs her work with clients.  She is also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.
