Given the continued fluctuations in concerns regarding COVID-19 ("coronavirus") we as a functioning and thriving Private Practice are primarily focused, for now, on offering excellent ONLINE options for ease in access to video services. In-person services can be offered in some cases, but this is decided on based on discussions with the clinician and the client. We do find that both clinicians and clients have more flexibility in their availability with on-line services. We also find that our online video system has provided significant ease of access. We are committed to your ongoing health and well being and the same for all our clinicians, who strive to provide you with exceptional care. We want to assure the continuity of your ongoing care and have the following options:

ALL CURRENT/FORMER CLIENTS

  • Please contact us via email at if you would like to resume care with a clinician:

    • intake@ebt3.com

    • admin@ebt3.com

  • We ask that as soon as you are aware you will not be able to attend a session in person contact us directly at the emails listed above.

  • We will make every effort to contact you within 24 hrs or sooner to coordinate with you the options for online.

NEW CLIENTS

  • Please note that through this website you can immediately book a phone consult with our Intake Coordinator.

  • They will call you at the scheduled time.

  • They will be able to answer all your questions and give you an immediate approximate wait time.

  • Our wait times, as you can understand, will vary and our intake coordinator is informed, friendly, and available to answer your inquiries.

  • Those of you seeking to schedule with one of our clinicians can discuss this with our intake coordinator, who can discuss with you scheduling options, fees for services, billing practices, and the clinicians expertise.

We continue to follow the lead of Canadian Public Health Authorities at this important time. It is recommended that if you are feeling unwell to contact Telehealth Ontario or you local public health unit. It is also recommended that if you have any of the known symptoms of COVID-19 that you do not attend an in-person appointment.
