Dr. Jenny Rogojanski, C.Psych., obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Ryerson University under the mentorship of Dr. Martin M. Antony. She completed her predoctoral internship training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, where she completed clinical rotations in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency room, addiction psychiatry, behavioural sleep medicine, and adolescent Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). After her doctorate, she completed her postdoctoral training at the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre specializing in obsessive compulsive and related disorders (OCD, Trichotillomania or Hair-Pulling Disorder, Excoriation or Skin-Picking Disorder, Hoarding Disorder). Currently, Dr. Rogojanski works as a staff psychologist within the Mental Health Program at St. Michael’s Hospital. At EBT3, Dr. Rogojanski provides assessment and treatment to adults with difficulties related to their mood, anxiety, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviours, insomnia, and emotion regulation. Dr. Rogojanski’s therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioural. She has experience providing manualized and principle-driven cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Dr. Rogojanski's approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on creating a safe environment for therapeutic change and combining client strengths with evidence-based treatment principles. Dr. Rogojanski is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and is a member of the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT), the Canadian and Ontario Psychological Associations (CPA and OPA), and the Trichotillomania Learning Centre (TLC).
