Dr. Philippe Shnaider, C.Psych., received his Ph.D. from Ryerson University. He provides treatment to adults, adolescents, and couples for a range of difficulties including anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and relationship problems. In addition to his work at EBT3, Dr. Shnaider is a Staff Psychologist at St. Joseph Healthcare’s Operational Stress Injury Clinic and an Assistant Professor (PT) in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University. He previously managed and worked as a Staff Psychologist at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. He has also trained at the Psychological Trauma Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and the Department of Family and Community Medicine at St. Michael’s Hospital. Dr. Shnaider is a quality-rated provider, consultant, and trainer of both Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and has trained clinicians in the delivery of these treatments across North America. He is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies
