Dr. Sheena Bance

Dr. Sheena Bance is a graduate of the Clinical and Counselling Psychology program from OISE/UT.  She received her MSc in Medical Science from the Institute of Medical Science (University of Toronto) and her MA in Clinical & Counselling Psychology from OISE (University of Toronto).  

She completed her predoctoral residency at CBT Associates where she provided individual therapy to adults with anxiety, trauma and depressive disorders.

Dr. Bance has also completed training at the OISE Psychology Clinic, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, and the Psychological Trauma Program at CAMH and has undergone training in individual and couples therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

Dr. Bance’s research focus is on the experience of Intimate Partner Violence in young women.

She strives to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment with those whom she treats.
